Resolving a note

A note can be resolved by a team-member by clicking on the Resolve button on the bottom right corner of an opened/re-opened note.
The steps are as follows
Open the note and click on the ‘Resolve’ located at the bottom right
Confirm your choice by clicking on ‘Resolve’
You can view the updated note status marked in green
You can click on ‘Reopen’ to change the status of the resolved note

Any modifications to the note's status will be noted in the note's comment section.
