Notes enable you to document site conditions, service issues, enhancement opportunities, and more on the map using photos and annotations. Easily organize them using tags and share with your team or customers instantly. Plus, take advantage of templates and other advanced features for enhanced productivity.
1. You can create note by clicking on the Notes icon on the right side (or) Create Note button in the notes section
2. In a note, you can include a title and description, and select a template by clicking "Select Template."
Then, after adding in these basic details, you can also add media to your notes. Images and files associated with notes can be added by clicking the Image Icon and Attachment Icon respectively.
3. Once selected, the chosen template(s) will appear in the note (This is an optional step). You can enter the title followed by a return to start the note body. You can click on the ‘Camera’ icon to click a picture in real time and add to your note. You can click on the ‘Clip’ icon to attach files or images from your gallery/documents. Click ‘Next’ to save and proceed to the next step
4. Tags help you organize and easily identify your notes. You can click on the ‘+Tag’ icon to open a list of tags. Search for a tag and select the appropriate tag to add it to your note
5. After selecting the tag and clicking on ‘Done’. Drag and drop the note icon to the location on the map which you want to geo-tag. Click on ‘Create’ to save your note on the map
Note: If a template is used, tags are automatically assigned.
Incase more tags are needed, click the Tags button in your note details and select the required ones.
6. You can also add additional information to your note like Assignee/ Layers/ Tags at the time of note creation itself. Alternately, you may revisit whenever you want to with these details. Press the Create button in the bottom right corner to confirm the creation of the note.
💡 On the property map, all notes added to a property are visible. If you want to hide/show the notes on the map, click the eye symbol in the upper right corner of the notes panel and make the necessary changes.
