Managing your SiteRecon subscription is now easier than ever! With our latest updates, we’ve streamlined the billing process so you can focus on what matters—growing your business.
Here’s what’s new: ✅ One simple bill per month – No more juggling multiple invoices. ✅ Pay-as-you-go option – Add credits when you need them. ✅ Smarter credit utilization – Plan usage based on trends. ✅ Shared workspace credits – No need to allocate credits manually—everyone on your team can access them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Subscription Management

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select “Manage Subscriptions” from the dropdown menu.

2. View Your Subscription Details

You’ll be redirected to the Billing Page, where you can see:
Your current plan name and billing cycle details.
Breakdown of user seats and credits included in your plan.
Previous billing history for reference.

3. Review Billing Details

Click “View Billing Details” to check your current cycle’s breakdown.
This section provides a clear view of:
Next Billing Date
Add-on Credits Purchased
Number of Seats

4. Review Usage Details

Click on “View Usage History
See details such as -
Acres ordered
Active users
Credits debited
Past transactions

5. Make Changes to Your Subscription

Click “Update Subscription” to modify your plan.

Choose the type of update you need:
Add-on Credits – Select how many extra credits you need and click “Pay & Update”.
User Seats – Click “Update Seats Add-on” to adjust your user count.
Change Plan – Click “Change Plan”, select a new option, and confirm.

For example: If you wish to update add-on credits, select that option. Select the amount of credits you wish as add-on to your current plan and click on “Pay and Update”.

Similarly, You can update the details for the user seats to your current plan by clicking on “Update Seats Add-on”.

To upgrade to a new plan you can click on “Change plan” or “Switch on Annual” from the drop down menu.

💡 You can also buy credits based on your current credits and usage history trend in the last 12 months. Take the total credits you have consumed in the last 12 months and divide that by 12, to arrive at your monthly credit add-on amount.

6. Use “Pay as you Go” for one off payments

This works while you are placing an order and you have insufficient credits. Once you click on “Get Measurements” while placing an order, you will get a pop-up to pay-as-you-go for the order or do a credit add-on to your monthly subscription.

No More Manual Credit Allocation – Workspace credits are now shared, meaning all Creators in your team can access them without manual assignments.
Annual Plan Discount – Want to switch to a Yearly Plan? Click “Change Plan” and toggle Annual Subscription ON to save more!

Can I update my payment method?
