You can always come back to the notes that you have created and update it with the necessary details. The changes that you will carry out will be visible to your teammates to help them stay up to speed.
You may open a specific note by selecting it either from the notes panel or the property map.
1. Open a note from the map or notes panel
2. Drag to it full screen and click on three dots on the top right
3. Select the update option
4. Edit/add the information and update the note by pressing update from bottom right corner
Only the note creator can update or delete the note
