The Estimation Sheet in SiteRecon gives you a complete, line-by-line breakdown of how your estimate was calculated, based on actual measured quantities, configured production rates, pricing logic, and service mappings. It’s designed to be both transparent and exportable, so you can review, analyze, or use it in downstream systems like CRMs or ERPs.

How to Download the Estimation Sheet?

  • From your SiteRecon dashboard, click on the property for which the estimate has been delivered.
    Select Estimtion done Property SS (1)
  • Inside the property view, you'll see different layers assigned to that property on the left panel. To access the detailed line-item view, click the “Dropdown” and select “Estimation View.”

  • In the top-right corner of the Estimation View, click on “Export.”

  • You'll be prompted to choose from the available export options. SiteRecon currently supports:
    • Price Sheet – A service-level pricing sheet meant for client reference
    • Download Export Sheet (CSV) – A service-item pricing sheet suitable for use in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Snow Price Sheet – A schedule for snow pricing based on service conditions

What’s Included in the Estimation Sheet?

Each row in the Estimation Sheet represents a service line item from your estimate. It includes:

Column Description
Service Name Name of the service (e.g., Mowing – 52” Deck)
Mapped Layer The takeoff layer associated with the service
Quantity Measured units based on AI takeoff (e.g., sqft, LF)
Unit of Measure The unit used (sqft, LF, count, etc.)
Production Rate Labor time required per unit
Crew Size Number of crew members used in the calculation
Time Required Total man-hours computed
Unit Price Price per unit of service
Total Price Final cost per service line
Estimate Notes Any relevant notes or assumptions
Estimated Visits (if recurring) Total visits used in cost calculation (if applicable)
