Using the Organizational Code

In SiteRecon, the organization code serves as a unique identifier that links users to your workspace.

When should an organization code be used?

  • If a user misses their email invite—due to spam filters or delivery issues—you can simply share the organization code. The user can enter it during registration to join the workspace directly.
  • When inviting your entire team, you can share the organization code instead of sending individual invites. This allows multiple users to join the workspace quickly and efficiently.
