How to Upload Bulk Properties?

Easily place measurement orders for multiple properties with a single file upload.

You can place multiple property measurement orders across locations using SiteRecon’s Bulk Order feature. This is ideal for large portfolios, multi-site bids, or RFPs with dozens or even hundreds of sites.

When to Use the Bulk Order Feature

  • When measuring an entire property portfolio for internal use or long-term planning, get it stored on SiteRecon.

  • When preparing bids for multi-site RFPs, such as retail chains, restaurant groups, or regional contracts.

    Whether it's 10, 100, or 1,000 sites—placing orders is as easy as uploading a single Excel sheet with location details and required measurement features.

Step by step instructions: Placing a bulk order

  1. Select "Bulk Order"

From the New Property dropdown, choose Bulk Order.

2. Name Your Project

Enter a project name and description, then click Save.

3. Prepare and Upload the CSV
  • Download the sample format.
  • Enter all property details and required features.
  • Upload the filled CSV file.

Note: you can follow the instructions in the Google sheet to upload the data. (as mentioned below)

4. Once the details of the project are uploaded and processing is complete - you will need to confirm the order

5. Once the file is uploaded, you’ll be redirected to the bulk project page from where you will have to confirm the parcels for each property in the bulk project.

6. Reviewing the parcels
 
A) To review the parcels, go to the property map page by clicking on the first order in the order list. To make changes, click the pencil icon (A. as shown) and make changes.
 
B) Once you've made the changes, click the tick sign to confirm and move on to the next order, cross to skip that property and pencil icon to edit (B. as shown).
 
C) You can also move forward and backward through different properties within the bulk order by scrolling using the arrow icons (C. as shown).

7. Place the Order

Once all parcels have been reviewed and confirmed, click Place Order to submit the full project for measurement.
