How credits work
- Paid measurements cost 1 measurement credit per acre, billed on parcel size and rounded up to the nearest acre.
- Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle — they don't roll over. Annual plans receive the full year of credits upfront (240 or 600) — useful if your bidding is seasonal and you want to measure heavily in peak months.
- Credits cannot be topped off on Scout plans. If you need more capacity:
- On Scout $39 → upgrade to Scout $79 anytime from inside your account. Upgrades are prorated.
- On either Scout plan → move to Growth, Teams, or Partner by contacting sales (online chat, phone, or sales@siterecon.ai). These plans include credit top-offs, team access, custom production rates, and more.
Billing & renewal
- Paid Scout plans auto-renew each month or year until cancelled.
- SiteRecon accepts credit card and ACH payments.
- Your credit balance is shown in the billing area of your account, and you'll see it acknowledged when you place a measurement order.
Cancelling Scout
To cancel, select the cancellation button in your User Profile Settings and complete a quick 3-question survey.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any point during a billing period; cancellation takes effect the day before your next renewal date, so you keep full access through the period you've paid for.
- Annual plans can be cancelled up until the day before renewal. All sales are final — annual purchases aren't refunded mid-term, and credits don't roll over year to year.
After cancellation, your account moves to the Free plan:
- You keep access to your account and all previously measured properties
- You can still measure your 2 free properties per month (up to 20 acres each)
- Paid credit measurements require an active paid plan
Upgrading to SiteRecon Growth, Teams, or Partner plans
When you outgrow Scout's measurement volume, SiteRecon's standard plans add credit top-offs, multiple users, custom production rates, Done-For-You takeoffs, and CRM integrations.

What carries over:
- All of your Scout property measurements remain in your account
- You receive a one-time bank of 10 free Scout property measurements to use anytime
- The 2-free-properties-per-month benefit ends once you're on a paid plan
