What is SiteRecon Scout?
Scout is SiteRecon's self-serve AI measurement tool for outdoor service contractors. Enter a property address, choose a measurement package, and Scout returns a multi-layer takeoff from aerial imagery in seconds. Scout has a free plan with 2 free property measurements every month, and paid plans starting at $39/month.
How much does Scout cost?
Scout has three plans. The Free plan ($0) includes 2 free property measurements per month, up to 20 acres per property. Scout $39/month includes 20 monthly measurement credits for properties up to 30 acres; Scout $79/month includes 50 monthly measurement credits for properties up to 50 acres. Annual options deliver a full year of credits upfront: $399/year for 240 property acre credits, or $799/year for 600 property acre credits. Properties are rounded up to the nearest acre and preset layer packages run offer 4 to 9 layers, or you can select your own layer bundle.
Can I try Scout before paying?

How accurate are Scout measurements?
SiteRecon's AI measurements are 95–98% accurate on properties with clear aerial visibility. Accuracy can be affected by dense tree canopy, shadows, or site changes newer than the imagery capture date (which is shown on every property). If a layer looks off, self-measurement editing is free — and giving each measurement a thumbs up or thumbs down helps Scout calibrate and improve over time.
How fast do I get my measurement?
Most measurements return in seconds to a few minutes depending on the size of the property. You don't have to wait around — leave the platform anytime, and you'll receive an email with a link to the property when it's complete.
How large a property can Scout measure?
Free properties cover parcels up to 20 acres. Paid measurements cover up to 30 acres per property on Scout $39 and up to 50 acres on Scout $79. Larger properties are supported on SiteRecon's Growth, Teams, and Partner plans.
Does Scout work for residential properties?
Yes — Scout measures both residential and commercial properties, for any address in the United States and Canada.
Does Scout work outside the US?
Scout is available for United States and Canada addresses only, in English.
How current is the aerial imagery?
The imagery capture date is displayed on every property, so you always know how current the view is.
Are Scout measurements reviewed by an expert?
Scout measurements are fully AI-generated — expert-reviewed Done-For-You takeoffs are available on Growth, Teams, and Partner plans. On Scout, you review the layers yourself and can fine-tune anything with free self-measurement editing.
Can I measure the same property more than once?
Yes. If the AI made an error, self-measurement editing is free, and you can request a complimentary remeasurement through support (granted case by case). If the property or your layer needs have changed, you can re-measure at standard credit cost or use a free property slot.
What happens if I use all my credits?
Credits can't be topped off on Scout plans, and unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. You can upgrade from Scout $39 to Scout $79 anytime inside your account (prorated), or move to a Growth, Teams, or Partner plan, which include credit top-offs, by contacting sales via chat, phone, or sales@siterecon.ai.
Do my unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, and unused free properties don't roll over either. Annual plans deliver all credits upfront, available throughout the year (credits don't roll over year to year).
How do I pay, and where do I see my credit balance?
SiteRecon accepts credit card and ACH payments. Your credit balance is shown in the billing area of your account, and it's acknowledged each time you place a measurement order.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, effective the day before your next renewal; annual plans can be cancelled up until the day before renewal.
Can my team use my Scout account?
Scout is a single-user account. Team access with multiple users is available on Growth, Teams, and Partner plans.
Does Scout integrate with Aspire, LMN, or my CRM?
CRM integrations (Aspire, ServiceTitan, LMN, SingleOps, Real Green, Jobber, Arborgold, and more) are available on Growth, Teams, and Partner plans. Scout includes a standard XLS export — measurement details, takeoff quantities, and estimation outputs — plus a map image (.png) export you can use with any system.
