# Scout AI Account Basics
## Managing your Scout account: login, profile, users, and cancellation.
### **Logging in**
- Sign in at [https://app.siterecon.ai/agent/](https://app.siterecon.ai/agent/)
- Single sign-on is supported with **Google** and **Microsoft** accounts
Scout is available in English, for property addresses in the United States and Canada.
#### **Your account is single-user** Scout plans are **single-user accounts**. There is no option to add additional users or share access on Scout.
If your team needs shared access — multiple estimators, shared property libraries, role permissions — that's available on Growth, Teams, and Partner plans. Contact sales via online chat, phone, or sales@siterecon.ai.
**Note:** Sharing login credentials across team members isn't supported and can cause issues with your measurement history and billing.
### **Cancelling your paid plan**
To cancel, select the **cancellation button in your User Profile Settings** and complete a quick 3-question survey.
- Monthly plans: cancel at any point, effective the day before your next renewal — you keep full access through what you've paid for.
- Annual plans: cancel up until the day before renewal. All sales are final, and credits don't roll over year to year.
After cancelling, your account moves to the **Free plan**:
- Your account and all measured properties remain accessible
- You can still measure 2 free properties per month (up to 20 acres each)
- Measuring with paid credits requires an active paid plan
