How to Mark a Note as Resolved in Plato Mobile App?

When a note has been addressed, you can mark it as Resolved. This makes it clear to everyone that the task has been completed. If anything still needs attention, you can reopen the note at any time.

Steps to Resolve a Note

1. Open the note from either the map or the Notes Panel
2. Click the Resolve button in the bottom-right corner
3. Confirm the action by clicking Resolve again
4. The note status will update to Resolved and appear in green
5. If you need to reactivate the note, click Reopen

 

All changes to a note's status, such as resolving or reopening it, will be recorded in the Comments section for full visibility.
