# How to Arrange and Present Notes on Map?
## Turn your notes into a guided, map-based walkthrough, perfect for team reviews or client updates.
#### **Rearrange the Notes for Presentation**
Want to walk someone through your notes in a specific order? You can rearrange them in just a few clicks.
##### **Steps:**
1. Expand the **Notes Panel**
2. Click on the note you'd like to reorder
3. Click the **three dots** on the note and select **Move Up** or **Move Down** to change its position
4. Once notes are in the desired order, click the **Presentation icon** (next to the Filter icon) to start a full-screen, note-by-note walkthrough
5. After finishing, return to the Notes Panel and click the Presentation icon again to **exit Presentation Mode**
#### **Shortlist Notes for a Targeted Presentation**
If you only want to present **specific notes** (instead of all), you can tag and filter them to create a custom set.
##### **Steps to Prepare a Custom Presentation:**
1. Open each note you want to include from the **Notes Panel**
2. Click the **three dots** and select **Edit**
3. In the **Add Tag (Optional)** section, click the dropdown and choose **Enter Custom Tag**

4. Name your tag (e.g., **Ops Presentation**)
5. Click **Add Tag** → then click **Post** to save
6. Repeat for each note you want to include in the presentation
#### **Filter and Present:**
1. Click the **Filter icon** in the Notes Panel
2. Enable the **Tag** option and select the tag you just created
3. Click **Apply** and you'll now see only the shortlisted notes
4. Click the **Presentation icon** to start presenting just those notes
