To begin using notes, layers, and site documentation tools in Plato, the first step is to open the map for the property you want to work on.
Find and Open a Property
You can locate your property in two ways:
Option 1: Use the Search or Filter Tool
Use the Search or filter existing properties on the dashboard to quickly find your property using:
- Property name
- Order ID
- Status
- Customer ID
Option 2: Browse the Property List
Scroll through the list of property cards on your dashboard.
Click on the card for the property you want to open.
Once opened, you’ll be able to:
- View all mapped layers
- Add or edit notes
- Drop photos and service instructions
- Share the map with your team or client
Opening the map is the first step toward managing your site like a pro- right from the field.
