# Where Can I See All My Notes?
## Use the Notes Panel to quickly browse, search, and manage every note tied to your property, no map clicks needed.
#### **1. Open the notes panel**
Using the notes panel is a smart way to highlight a particular note on the map screen. Here's how you do it:
##### **Steps:**
1. Click the **Notes** button on the left panel of the screen.
2. From the side panel, click on the note you want to highlight—it will automatically zoom to that location on the map.
#### **2. View or Hide Notes on the Map**
*Need a cleaner view of your layers? You can toggle note pins on or off at any time.*
##### **Steps:**
- Click the **Show Notes on Map** button to either hide or display all note pins.
#### **Filter Notes**
*Easily narrow down your notes by status, tags, or assignees—especially helpful on note-heavy properties.*
##### **Steps to Apply Filters:**
1. Expand the **Notes Panel**
2. Click the **Filter** icon
3. Select relevant checkboxes from dropdowns such as:
- **Status** → Open, Reopened, Resolved
- **Tags**, **Assignees**, or **Templates**
4. Click **Apply**
#### **Show resolved notes**
- Open the Filters in the notes panel. Select the **Status** box, and select ‘**Resolved**’.
- Click **Apply**
You can now view the notes which have been marked as resolved
