How to leave comments on a Note?

Start conversations, share updates, or tag teammates-right where the work is happening.

Comments aren’t just for communicating, they help you document decisions, reduce back-and-forth, and make sure the right people stay in the loop. By commenting directly on a note, you keep the conversation tied to the exact location it’s about. This is how nothing gets lost in email threads or scattered updates.

Use this feature to ask questions, flag updates, clarify expectations, or simply track job progress with context that’s always easy to find.

How to Mention a Stakeholder in a Comment:

  1. Open the note where you want to add a comment.
  2. In the comment box at the bottom, type the @ symbol to view a list of team members in your workspace.
  3. Select the person you want to notify, type your message, and click the arrow icon to post it.

Mentioning someone sends them a notification immediately, so they know exactly what needs their attention and where.

How Comments help you?

  • No more follow-up chaos – You don’t have to chase people over email or chat. Just tag them and move on.
  • Decisions stay documented – You always have a record of what was discussed and when.
  • Context stays clear – Comments are tied to the exact point or feature they’re about, so nothing gets misinterpreted later.
