## SiteRecon uses AI to help map, measure, and manage properties- giving landscaping and snow removal professionals the data they need to service a property in the best way possible.
**SiteRecon is an AI-powered geo-mapping and estimation platform that provides high-resolution imagery (~7.5 cm) to support precise planning and execution of landscaping and snow removal services.** Unlike traditional sources like Google Satellite (30–100 cm resolution, updated every 1–2 years), SiteRecon offers imagery as recent as 30 days, refreshed twice annually—ensuring decisions are backed by the most current, detailed visuals.
With just three quick steps, users can generate takeoffs by selecting a property, confirming the parcel, and placing an order—**no manual mapping needed**. Using proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, SiteRecon automates mapping, measurements, and pricing estimates—all from a single, unified workspace. **Users can now order takeoffs and estimates in one seamless flow.**
Each output is quality-checked by expert cartographers, delivering fast, reliable, and highly accurate results without any manual effort.
