# Plato by SiteRecon Overview
## Your mobile command center for capturing, sharing, and tracking site data, right on the map.
Plato is SiteRecon’s mobile app designed for **landscaping and exterior maintenance professionals** who want to document, share, and act on site conditions with speed and clarity.
Whether you're walking a property with a client or prepping your crew for a job, Plato helps you turn field insights into action, without relying on spreadsheets, texts, or memory.
#### **What You Can Do with Plato**
- **Capture images or videos** and pin them to specific locations on the map
- **Share live maps and notes** with your team or client for real-time collaboration
- **Assign notes as tasks** to your crew and track their status through resolution

#### **Need to Start Fresh On-Site?**
You can create a **new property directly from Plato** using the **New Property** button on the home screen. No laptop, no waiting. Just drop a pin and start capturing site info instantly.
#### **Why Teams Choose Plato in the Field**
- **Turns site walks into action plans** with zero wasted visits or missed details
- **Keeps communication clear and visual** because showing is easier than explaining
- **Eliminates the guesswork** so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and where
