# How to sign up and Get Started with SiteRecon?
## SiteRecon lets you experience the platform through a free first property, before committing to a subscription.
Whether you're exploring takeoffs, estimation, or both, your first property is on us. Here's how to get started:
#### **Step-by-Step Sign-Up Process**
1. **Visit [app.siterecon.ai/signup](http://app.siterecon.ai/signup)**
2. **Enter your details and click Sign Up.**
3. **Verify your email address**
An OTP will be sent to your email. Enter it on the platform to verify your account.
- Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
- If needed, click **“Send OTP on Mobile”** to receive the OTP via SMS.
4. **Set up your workspace**
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to either:
- **Create a new workspace**, or
- **Join an existing one** using the “Join Existing” button or an **invite code**.
#### **What Happens Next**
1. **Book a quick demo**
After signing up, schedule a short walkthrough with the SiteRecon team to explore the platform’s capabilities.
2. **Contract**
Review and Sign Contract
3. **Invoice**
Make your first payment via invoice sent from someone on our sales team to start your subscription
4. **Introduction to Implementation Manager**
Get introduced to Implementation manager and begin onboarding and training
