# How to share a property?
## Easily share property access with teammates or clients and choose who can view or edit.
Sharing a property helps your team stay aligned, allows clients to review specific areas, and makes collaboration easier without switching tools.
#### **Steps to Invite a User:**
1. ##### **Enter the user's email address**
Type the email address of the person you want to invite.
- You can invite one or multiple users at once.
- Users can be invited to either a specific property or your entire workspace.
##### **2. Set permissions: View or Edit**
Decide what level of access the invited user should have:
- **View only** – they can see the property but not make any changes.
- **Edit** – they can update property data, notes, layers, and measurements.
##### **3. Click “Send Invite”**
Once you've set the permission level, click **Send Invite**. The invited user will receive an email notification with access to the property.
