How to download and export estimation price sheet from SiteRecon?

Once an estimate is delivered in SiteRecon, you can export it as a PDF or CSV file for proposals, internal reviews, or CRM uploads. This article explains step-by-step how to access your estimate, choose between detailed or standard formats, and download/export the price sheet.

Once your estimation order is delivered, SiteRecon allows you to download the estimate as a price sheet, so you can share it with internal teams, attach it to proposals, or upload it into your CRM or accounting system.

You can download and export it in the form of a PDF as well as an Excel Sheet.

Steps to Download and Export Estimation Price Sheet

  1. Open your property go to the estimation by clicking on the icon as shown below:

  2. You will see the “Estimation View 1” created by SiteRecon team. If you have created other copies of this estimation, then you will find them as well. Click on the view that you wish to download/export and then click on “Export”.

  3. Now click on “Download Export Sheet (CSV)”. Now you will get two options- you can either download a detailed CSV format or a standard CSV format based on your preference.

Any user with access to the delivered estimate can download or export it.

If you don’t see the export options, your workspace admin may have restricted access.

You can only export the delivered estimate or copies you've created. Drafts or pending estimates cannot be exported.
