Deleting notes is a simple but powerful way to keep your Plato dashboard organized. Whether the issue is resolved, the task is complete, or the note was added by mistake, removing it helps you and your team focus on what’s next.
Think of it as closing a loop. The fewer distractions on your map, the easier it is to spot what still needs attention.
Steps to Delete a Note
- Open the note you want to delete, from either the map or the Notes Panel
- Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner to open the action menu
- Select Delete Note from the menu
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the note from the map and notes panel
