How to check estimated delivery time for my estimation order?
Once you place an estimation order in SiteRecon, you can view its estimated delivery time directly on the order progress screen. This guide explains how delivery timelines are calculated, how to track orders in your queue, and what factors, like subscription plan, credit commitment, and order complexity, impact turnaround times.
Once you place an estimation order in SiteRecon, you’ll want to know when it will be delivered, especially when deadlines are tight or proposals are due soon. This article explains how SiteRecon’s delivery timelines work and where to check your estimated delivery time.
What Is Estimated Delivery Time?
Estimated delivery time is the committed time window within which SiteRecon will deliver:
- A fully completed AI Takeoff
- A line-item estimate mapped to the site
- All selected service breakdowns with applied production rates
This isn't just an estimate, it’s a contractual delivery commitment based on your plan, queue access, and the complexity of your order.
How to check Estimated Delivery Time?
You will be able to see the estimated delivery time only after you have successfully placed your estimation order.
As soon as you click on “Get Estimate”, your order will be placed and you will see the order live progress on the screen, as shown below:
You will also see the total committed time for this order on the bottom left corner of the screen.
This is where you can also check how your order is prioritized in the queues. You can track all your current orders in the queues. For this, click on queue section as shown in the image below:
You can check all your current orders and prioritize orders based on your requirements by moving them to the top of the queue.
The delivery time shown is calculated based on:
- Available queues at the time of submission
- Whether it’s a standard or express order
- Your current capacity tier
What If You Need It Faster?
If your order is time-sensitive, you can choose to:
- Request Express Delivery (at higher credit cost)
- Submit fewer orders concurrently to keep queue traffic low
- Upgrade your subscription to unlock more queues
How Committed Capacity Affects Delivery
As of 2025, SiteRecon uses a credit-backed capacity planning system to ensure predictable turnaround times for takeoffs and estimates.
Here’s what that means:
Factor | Impact on Delivery Time |
---|---|
Your Subscription Plan | Higher-tier plans get more queues, hence faster delivery |
Credit Commitment | Capacity is allocated based on monthly credits committed |
Queue Availability | Each workspace has a fixed number of delivery queues |
Order Complexity | Larger properties or more services may extend timelines |
Order Volume | Submitting multiple orders may place some in queue |
To ensure fairness, you can only access the number of queues allocated to your workspace. If your team submits more orders than your queues can handle, excess orders will be queued and delivered sequentially.
