How do you invite someone to the workspace?
Easily add new team members and control what they can access and do within your organization.
Whether you're building a sales team, onboarding operations staff, or inviting external collaborators, SiteRecon makes it easy to manage who joins your workspace and what they can see or edit.
Steps to Invite a User to Your Workspace:
1. Open the Team Management Panel
You can invite users in two ways:
- Go to Settings > Team Management, then click Invite People
- Or, click Manage Team from your profile dropdown menu
2. Enter the User’s Email Address
Type the email address of the person you'd like to invite. You can invite multiple users by separating emails with commas.
3. Assign the User’s Role
Click the Invite As dropdown to choose the user’s role:
- Creator – Can create/edit properties and views
- Viewer – Can only view assigned properties
- Guest – Limited view-only access
4. Set Their Data Access Level
Choose how much of your workspace’s data they can access:
- All Properties – Grants access to the full workspace
- Invited Properties Only – Restricts access to specific properties they’ve been added to
5. Send the Invite
Click Send Invite. The user will receive an email from SiteRecon with instructions to join your workspace.
You can also share your Organization Code with new users. They can enter it during sign-up to join your workspace instantly.
