Open the Property Sharing Card
- Click the Share button on the property page to open the sharing card.
💡 Tip: You can also share property directly from the SiteRecon Dashboard.
Configure Property Access Settings
Only Admins and Creators can configure sharing settings at the property level. There are three levels of access to choose from:
1. Everyone in the Workspace (Default)
Anyone in the workspace can access the property, and what they can do depends on their role:
- Creators can edit the property
- Viewers can only view the property
This is the default setting when a property is created.
2. Only People Invited to the File Can Access
In this setting, access is restricted to users explicitly invited to the property.
💡 You can define whether invited users have View or Edit access during the invite process.
3. Anyone with the Link Can Access (View Only)
With this option enabled, anyone who has the link, even outside your workspace can view the property. No login or workspace membership is required.
