How To Download a Property For Offline Use?

Whether you're in a remote area or stuck with weak reception, Plato’s Offline Mode ensures your site visits never hit pause. You can now download properties to your mobile device, create notes, and sync everything once you're back online.
This feature is built for field teams, account managers, and crew leads who need to stay productive no matter the connectivity.
What You Can Do with Offline Mode
- View property maps you’ve downloaded in advance
- Drop geo-tagged notes and attach photos
- Document site conditions or service issues
- Sync your work with the team when you're back online
Everything stays synced with your workspace once your device reconnects to the internet.
How to Download Properties for Offline Use
You can download a property from either the Map View or List View on your dashboard.
From the Map View
- Scroll through the property cards on your dashboard
- Tap the property you want to save
- Tap the Download icon
- Wait for the icon to turn green, indicating the download is complete
5. Go to the Downloads tab to view your saved properties
From the List View
- Scroll through the properties listed on your dashboard
- Select the property you want to download
- Tap the Download icon
- Wait until the icon turns green
5. Your property will appear in the Downloads tab
6. You can search and open this property even when you're not connected to the internet.
