Give Feedback
If you notice any issues with the outputs during the Awaiting Approval stage, follow these steps to submit feedback:
1. Begin adding your feedback
- Click the "Awaiting Approval" button.
- Click the "Add Feedback" button.
- Click on the map at the location where the correction is needed.
- Enter a title for your feedback and describe the issue clearly.
- Optional: Take a snapshot of the map area and paste it into the description for visual clarity.
- Click "Post" to submit your feedback.
2. View the status of your feedback
- Once submitted, your feedback will appear in the Open Feedback panel.
- You can click on any feedback card to reopen and review the details.
- Alternatively, selecting the Open Feedback status will show you a complete list of all feedback provided on the property data.
3. Approve the order once the feedback has been addressed
Once your feedback has been resolved and the outputs have been updated, you’ll receive a notification, both via email and on the platform. If there’s any uncertainty, the SiteRecon team may leave a comment on the feedback or reach out for clarification.
To review and approve the updates:
- Open the property by clicking the link in the notification or email.
- Click on the Awaiting Review panel within the feedback section.
- Review the updated data. If the issue has been resolved, click the Approve button on the feedback.
If the issue still needs attention:
- Click Reopen and add a comment to clarify the remaining concern.
Once all feedback has been addressed:
- Click the Approve button on the panel to unlock measurement export options.
