With Plato, you don’t need to wait until you're back at your desk. You can now create a new property directly on your mobile device.
Now you can manage all your notes- from the prospecting of a property to the final conversion - on your mobile application itself.
Steps to Create a New Property in Plato:
1. Tap the ‘Create Property’ (+) Icon
- From the dashboard, click on the create property icon (+)
- Begin typing the property address in the search bar
- Select the correct address from the suggestions list
2. Start Your Property Order
- After selecting the address, click on New Property to begin
3. Confirm and Create
- Double-check the property details
- Tap Create to finalize the property
- You can now begin dropping notes, attaching images, and planning services directly from the field
💡 Please Note: Properties created via the mobile app will be marked as "Self-Measured" by default.
