You can convert a note into a task by assigning it to your team-members, and they will be notified accordingly. The status of the note can be changed for better accountability and traceability.
Note Statuses:
- Open: The note's default state after being assigned to a team member is open, indicating that it has not yet been worked on.
- Resolved: A team member may change the note's status to resolved if they consider the problem has been fixed. This change will be highlighted in the note's comment section.
- ReOpen: The team can reopen the resolved note if it still isn't satisfactory.

The note card information in the notes panel shows users the note's status in the upper right corner.
